This Privacy Policy explains how Iron Commissar ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.
Iron Commissar is a hardstyle kettlebell training app for Android. The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer ("the Developer") based in Australia.
Account Information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account via Supabase Authentication. This is used to create and identify your account and is not used for any other purpose.
If you do not sign in, the App may operate in a limited local-only mode without an account, depending on app version.
Training Data. To provide the App's core functionality, we collect and store the training data you create, including:
This data is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, securely synced to our cloud database (Supabase) so it is available across your devices.
Advertising Data. The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads and rewarded interstitial ads. AdMob may collect and process data such as your advertising ID (AdID), device information, and general usage data to serve and measure ads. Where required by law (including for users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), we request your consent before personalized ads are shown, via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

Purchase Information. If you make a purchase (such as removing ads or unlocking premium features), purchase and subscription status is processed by RevenueCat and linked to your account identifier. We do not directly receive or store your payment card details — these are handled by Google Play's billing system.
Information We Do Not Collect. We do not use crash reporting, analytics, or tracking SDKs beyond those listed above. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or other device data beyond what is described in this policy.

Your training data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email address below, and we will delete your account data from our cloud database within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device but does not delete data already synced to our cloud database — please contact us separately for cloud data deletion.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and equivalent regulations, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time via the App's "Manage consent" option in Settings.

The App is rated for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using Supabase's row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible to your authenticated account. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
